Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to remove LeadsFlow's access to your Facebook data and how to have data we received from Meta deleted. It applies to our Meta app, LeadsFlow Connect, operated by Ideal Web Construct SRL, Romania.

If you connected a Facebook Page to LeadsFlow

You can do this in three ways. Each one stops our access to the Page straight away.

Option 1: remove the app from Facebook

1. On Facebook, open Settings & privacy, then Settings.
2. Go to Business integrations (or open facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools).
3. Find LeadsFlow Connect and select it.
4. Click Remove and confirm.

Facebook tells us automatically. We stop fetching leads, delete the Page access tokens we hold for the Pages you connected, and release those Pages so no LeadsFlow account receives their leads. The business account they were connected to sees them as disconnected.

If you also ask Facebook to delete your data, Facebook sends us a deletion request and shows you a confirmation code and a link to a status page on connect.leadsflow.dev. Use that link to check progress. We complete the deletion within 48 hours and the status page then shows it as done.

Option 2: disconnect inside LeadsFlow

1. In LeadsFlow, open Integrations, then Facebook Lead Ads.
2. Under Connected Pages, click Disconnect next to the Page.
3. Choose whether to also delete the leads already received from that Page, then confirm.

We unsubscribe our app from the Page, delete its access token, and release the Page. If you chose to delete its leads, their answers are deleted at the same time. Otherwise they follow your retention setting, at most 90 days.

Option 3: email us

1. Email [email protected] with the subject Meta data deletion request.
2. Include the name or ID of the Facebook Page, and the LeadsFlow account it was connected to.
3. We do what Option 2 does, including deleting the Page's leads, and confirm by email. Target: 5 working days.

What is deleted

• Your Facebook user ID and name, as recorded when you connected.
• The Page access tokens, and the Page ID and name for each disconnected Page.
• The lead answers received from those Pages: straight away if you ask for it (Options 2 and 3), otherwise when the business's retention period ends, at most 90 days after each lead arrived.

We keep the ID of each lead, with no answers, so the same lead is never delivered twice. It identifies nothing on its own.

If you filled in a Facebook or Instagram lead form

The business that ran the ad controls your answers. We process them on its behalf. Ask that business first: it can find your lead in LeadsFlow by email address or phone number and erase it. You can also email [email protected] with:

1. the email address or phone number you submitted;
2. the business or the ad, if you know it.

We pass the request to that business and tell you we did. We may ask you to confirm who you are.

What we cannot delete

Leads a business already sent from LeadsFlow to its own tools, such as a CRM or an email platform, are copies we do not control. Ask that business to delete them.

Database backups are encrypted and overwritten after 7 days. If we ever restore one, we re-apply the deletions made after it was taken.
