Platform Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the LeadsFlow application: accounts, intake flows, integrations, and our Meta app, LeadsFlow Connect. LeadsFlow is operated by Ideal Web Construct SRL, Romania, registration J2024000515272, VAT RO48163800 ("LeadsFlow", "we", "us"). "You" means the business that holds the account and the people it lets use it. The public website has separate website terms.

If you have a signed agreement or order form with us, it takes precedence over these terms where the two differ.

The service

LeadsFlow receives leads from sources you set up, applies the rules you configure (duplicates, email checks, caps, routing, filters), and sends them to the destinations you choose. How we handle personal data is set out in the Platform Privacy Policy.

Your account

• Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Give people access only if they need it, and remove it when they no longer do.
• Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you think your account has been misused.

Your data and your responsibilities

You are the controller of the lead data you send through LeadsFlow. We process it on your instructions. You are responsible for:

• having a lawful basis, and any consent needed, to collect each lead and to send it where you send it;
• giving the people you collect data from a clear privacy notice;
• not sending special-category data (Article 9 GDPR), national ID numbers, or data about children;
• using only fake data for tests;
• your contracts with the destinations you connect, such as CRMs, email tools, and webhooks.

Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads

If you connect a Facebook Page through LeadsFlow Connect:

• You must be allowed to manage that Page and its leads, and connect only Pages you are authorised to connect.
• You must follow Meta's Terms of Service, Lead Ads Terms, and advertising policies.
• Each lead form must link to your own privacy policy, as Meta requires.
• You may use leads only to contact the people who submitted them, in the way your form told them. You may not sell or give them to data brokers or ad networks, or use them for eligibility decisions on credit, insurance, employment, housing, or education.
• Lead answers from Meta are kept in LeadsFlow for the retention period you set, at most 90 days, and then deleted. Copies you send to your own tools are your responsibility.
• You can disconnect a Page at any time, in LeadsFlow under Integrations, Facebook Lead Ads, or by removing LeadsFlow Connect from your Facebook settings. See data deletion.
• If a person asks you to delete their lead, erase it in LeadsFlow and in any tool you sent it to. We may pass such requests to you, and you must act on them without undue delay.

Meta can change or limit its platform. If it does, parts of the integration may stop working, and that is not a breach of these terms by us.

Acceptable use

You must not use LeadsFlow to:

• process data you have no right to process, or send messages people did not agree to receive;
• break the law, or the terms of any platform or destination you connect;
• try to reach another customer's data, probe or overload the service, or get around its limits or security;
• resell or white-label the service without a written agreement with us.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend an intake, an integration, or an account if it breaks these terms, puts other customers or the service at risk, or if Meta or another platform requires it. Where we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

You can close your account at any time. When an account closes, we delete customer data as described in the Platform Privacy Policy.

Fees

Fees, billing, and payment terms are set out in your order form or plan. If none applies, the service is provided on the terms we agree with you in writing.

Disclaimer

We work to keep LeadsFlow available and accurate, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, that every lead will be delivered, or that third-party platforms will keep working with it, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or leads. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we email account holders at least 30 days before it takes effect. Other changes take effect when this page is updated.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Romanian courts.
